Tailored RCF Systems for Mountain Hospitality in Val Gardena

Based in Ortisei, WeBe Showtechnik provides audio, lighting, video, and special-effects services. For this project, the company supplied and installed RCF systems at Baita Sofie on Seceda, Café Restaurant Val d’Anna in Ortisei, and Après Ski Snowbar Ruacia near the Saslong valley station, adapting each system to the venue’s architecture, guest flow, and operating style.

At Baita Sofie, located on Seceda at 2,410 m, the outdoor system was designed to provide discreet but high-power coverage beneath the exterior portico. The installation includes 4 C 3108 speakers and one S 12 subwoofer, centrally positioned and carefully concealed. The system supports even music distribution while remaining visually unobtrusive within the venue’s panoramic alpine setting.

At Café Restaurant Val d’Anna, WeBe Showtechnik created separate sound zones for the outdoor terrace and the indoor entrance bar area. Outside, the installation uses 6 C 3110 speakers. Inside, the entrance bar area is equipped with two C 3108 speakers and one S 12 subwoofer. This configuration allows the venue to maintain consistent sound coverage while matching the different acoustic and operational needs of indoor and outdoor hospitality spaces.

The largest deployment was completed at Après Ski Snowbar Ruacia, a venue known for DJ performances and high-energy après-ski activity. At the external DJ position, the system uses two C 45 speakers and one S 8028 subwoofer. Along the exterior bar side, the installation includes 4 C 3108 speakers and two S 12 subwoofers ceiling-mounted at a height of approximately 220 cm. Inside the bar, the system comprises 5 C 5212 ceiling-mounted speakers, one C 3110 speaker used as a DJ monitor, and 4 S 12 subwoofers suspended above the bar counter.
